BEAVERTON MIXED-USE
A new 6,800 sf mixed-use building to be located in downtown Beaverton’s Old Town District. The program calls for 3,400 sf of ground floor commercial with apartments above. Urban infill projects such as these add vitality to a neighborhood and increase walkability.
