Through a collaboration between Access Architecture and LRS Architects, Elmonica Apartments was envisioned as an affordable, mixed-use development serving families of Beaverton, OR.
Beaverton is known for its cultural diversity. Elmonica Apartments celebrates this diversity through the use of color, playful façade articulation, and large murals showcasing local artists’ talent.
