45 units of market rate apartments, developed as part of a mixed-income, mixed-use master plan located in Beaverton's Old Town District. Elegant and unique material selection help LaScala stand out and make a visual statement.

A modern and refined material palette was used for the LaScala interiors. Units feature dark stained wood cabinetry, solid surface counters and stainless steel appliances. Certified as platinum through the Earth Advantage green rating program, the building features an array of sustainable measures such as solar pv, low flow plumbing fixtures and energy efficient lighting.
