STEWART TERRACE
Located in Sherwood, OR, Stewart Terrace is an affordable senior housing development that received an extensive exterior and interior renovation. Improved site and unit accessibility were a primary focus, as was exterior building envelopes. A new community garden provides residents with the opportunity to produce their own food while enhancing the sense of community.
