47 units of affordable housing, developed as part of a mixed-income, mixed-use master plan located in Beaverton's Old Town District. Warm tones and textures, combined with ample natural light help create a sense of home for this community.
Healthy indoor environments were achieved through the use of low-voc materials and abundant fresh air ventilation. Common area lighting fixtures are powered by a rooftop solar pv installation.
